She said they had it in stock and said she'd be happy to hold it for me so that I could pick it up the following day (I live 2 hours away from Fayetteville). "When buying a top tier helmet you expect it to be perfect right out of the gate. I went to purchase a replacement for my old helmet, a bell rs-1. Went in looking for a defiant x, no luck. The saleswoman was helpful and continued to be helpful throughout the entire process. She helped with a couple of different Arai helmets and I settled on the quantum over the signet based on crown fitment. I said I would take a quantum, thinking I would get a new helmet, in a box, unopened. Nope, she takes the DISPLAY helmet to the register. No demo price no thought of charging less than FULL price. I got a helmet bag and some paperwork. Well the issues continue when I get home. I’m in the process of put my comms system in my helmet and figuring out how the helmet goes together. The left cheek pad doesn’t go back in. I don’t think it was ever actually was installed correctly the first time. The cheek pads were 20mm thickness, the original size pads from the factory were supposed be 25mm. Either the factory messed up or the store swapped pads from a large helmet to mine. After finding this out I continued putting the helmet back together, the left cheek pad wouldn’t seat properly. At this point I have a $700 paperweight because it’s not safe to wear, great. I take the helmet back to the store I purchased it from ask the same saleswoman that helped me the first time about the issues. She looked at the helmet, took the pads out to check them and tried to put them back in as well, to no avail. I ask her what the store can do and she goes and looks in the back, she returns and says they don’t have any more medium quantums in the back. I ask if the have any medium signet or corsairs to see if those cheek pads Fits. They did. I asked if I could have those pads. She says no. After spending the initial 700 on the helmet I had to spend another 45 on new cheek pads to have a functioning helmet. Everything fits and functions the way they should now but the level of post sale help from the store could have been better. "

"I went in looking for a replacement shield for my helmet and a mesh jacket for warmer riding. It was my first time buying a jacket and I was worried about getting the right fit. The team members at cycle gear took the time to show me the ideal fit for a riding jacket and different ones at various price points. Even better, I wasn't pressured to buy a certain brand or higher priced item. They ended up not having the face shield I wanted in stock but placed an order for me to be delivered to my home. They've earned my repeat business. "
"I live 2 hours from the store and was there for a couple items that I thought I might be able to get that are not available at my local bike shop. I did purchase a gel seat pad with the assistance of the lady working at the store. The store is well laid out and the clerk who assisted me was very nice and helpful. It was good to know that she also rides a bike and has knowledge abut the products sold at the store. So top marks from me for store appearance, customer service and product knowledge by the staff. Will I return yes but I will ride the Goldwing next time, a much more comfortable ride. Mike"
